Pricing guidelines

Every project is different in terms of research, writing, revisions, and final production needs, so it’s difficult to give a definitive price quote without knowing exactly what you will need. Once we have a conversation (via phone or email) about your project, I will send you a quote that spells out an exact price and what you can expect for that price. Below are some general guidelines to start with:

  • Books: See the range of editing services and pricing I offer at Manuscript services
  • Business cards: $150–250 includes design and 100 printed cards
  • Case studies/endorsements: $175–300 each, includes doing interviews by phone or email from a client list you provide
  • Facebook: $200–400 to create a profile/page; $250 to provide 10 original updates
  • Fundraising appeals: $650–800 for letter, teaser copy, and reply device text
  • Memorial folders: $250–600 for writing and layout (based on resource provided), with final document provided as a PDF that can be uploaded to a local printer
  • News releases: $750–1,000 includes interviews, research, and writing for a 1–2-page release (submitting to local media costs extra)
  • Website content strategy: $500–900 for providing an outline of pages and content suggestions, with explanations of the intended goals
  • Website content: $200–500 per page (includes researching and using industry-specific keywords)
